Stress have been one of the most commun illness that the Chilean society have being afeccted.
Why stress started to be one commun sick in the population?
The way how we live the life could be the answer, we live in a society which are move and corrupt
by the power of the money, so we do not have time to think in our health, happiness or family.
W e are losing many qualities for instance; solidarity, compassion etc...
Now we are living in a world that only care the progress and generate some resources, that
explain the last survey about how much happy are we?. The results were amazing compared to other
countries. We were one of the most unhappy places in the world, I mean talking about
population, we dedicated a lot of time to the work, to be more success, studies. Another
important factors are the public transportation, "transantiago", Subway and the police news,
that really depress anybody, even the girls are more unhappy than ten years ago.
Finally in couclusion we can say that we need to be more relax and take everything in a easy
way, we have to spend more time with things that really care about it, like our family, son,
daughter etc... We are the unics that we got the answer to feel better than now.
